      • Due to the nature of our products, used trampolines or products that have been assembled are non-returnable. This includes any items that show signs of wear or damage.
      • Customized or personalized products are also not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Return Your Product

      2. Return Authorization:

        • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped.
        • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Refund Process

Exchanges

      • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your trampoline or product for a different model or size, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
