Orders and Shipping
The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you choose and your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After your order is shipped, delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days for domestic orders, and 7-15 business days for international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

- Enter your email address, create a password, and provide any additional details required.
- Click Create Account to complete the process.
Once your account is created, you’ll have access to order history, faster checkout, and special offers! You can also manage your personal details and preferences from your account dashboard.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@calmmax.shop. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the shipping address for you. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
To avoid issues, please double-check your address before completing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order in real-time.

Yes, CalmMax ships internationally! We are happy to deliver to a wide range of countries worldwide. During the checkout process, you’ll be able to select your country from the list of available shipping options.

In most cases, your items will be shipped in one package. However, if your order contains multiple items or requires special handling, they may be shipped in separate packages.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition, including all packaging, parts, and accessories. If your trampoline or product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

We currently do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for stock notifications on the product page. You’ll receive an email as soon as it becomes available again.
